I've worked with people getting ready for their military tests, Rehabilitating individuals with serious injuries and ailments such as Slipped disks, Hernias, Complete knee rebuilds, Pre & Post natal, Multiple sclerosis, Diabetes, Stroke victims, Wheelchair users whilst also working with individuals with Bipolar, Autism, ADHD, Anxiety and Depression. Helping work through their struggles through talking to me and having some amazing gym sessions!

As a certified trainer with over 11 years experience, I offer a wide range of fitness services and training styles. More than just getting you into shape, I also help with improving endurance, building strength, rehabilitating from injury, and sports-specific training. You can choose from a wide array of existing training options.

“Choosing Jack to be my personal trainer was a great decision to make.

 

I am a 56 year old male who hasn't been to a gym in over 30 years, add to this that I had a motorcycle accident in 1980 which resulted in the loss of my right leg above the knee made for an interesting challenge to get me fit again and ready to enjoy my retirement.

 

Not being able to use the treadmills and bicycles to work my cardio meant that Jack had to find other ways to do the same thing without utilising my legs. He did this brilliantly and put a lot of thought into designing an individual workout regime which suited my disability.

 

Jack doesn't shout and bully you like some other trainers which suits me because I don't respond well to that sort of motivation (must be my age), he encourages you gently and allows you to find your own pace.

 

In just 6 weeks I have lost 7lbs, feel fitter, healthier and looking forward to a long and happy retirement.
